Courses of Study and Curriculum:
Though the medium of instruction is English yet the school aims at maintaining base of both languages i.e. English as well as Urdu. A considerable stress is laid on spoken English, but it is ensured that the students can express themselves well in their own National Language as well.
The Syllabus covers the same subjects as prescribed by the Khyber Pukhtunkhwa Education Department (for English Medium Schools).
So far as religious education is concerned Islamiat and Nazra is taught as a compulsory subject in all the classes.
Life Long Learning
Students are encouraged to become resourceful and resilient learners who take responsibility for their own learning.
We have placed thinking at the heart of our learning and teaching. We are striving hard so that our students become independent, confident, thoughtful life-long learners.
Students are encouraged to develop a passion for learning. They are provided with metacognitive skills and tools, in order to develop higher order thinking skills and to be actively engaged and responsible for their own learning. For this purpose a new scheme for checking notebooks has been introduced which allow students to correct their own mistakes under the guidance of teachers.
Global Perspective
Besides developing love for our country we also want the students to recognize that they are global citizens. For this purpose the institution has collaborated with British Council in the Project Connecting Classroom through which students are provided opportunities to interact with students of different countries. Up till now the partnerships with schools from Spain, India and Sri Lanka have been developed and we looking forward to develop interaction with schools from other countries also.
