School Section Eligibility:
- For admission to a certain grade, except Pre Nursery, a candidate must be studying in that grade or must have passed the next lower grade at the time of admission.
- Age limits as on 1st March of the year of admission are as under:
Grade Pre Nursery 3 Years to 3 ½ Years
Grade Nursery 3 ½ Years to 4 ½ Years
Grade Prep 4 ½ Years to 5 ½ Years
Grade 1 5 ½ Years to 6 ½ Years
Grade 2 6 ½ Years to 7 ½ Years
Add one year for subsequent grades.
For School Level:
- Admission schedule is generally announced in the December every year.
- Admissions are generally offered for Pre Nursery grade only. Admissions can be given in other grades, provided seats are available in the respective grades.
- For grade Pre Nursery and Nursery admissions are based on interviews only, whereas for all other grades admissions are based on academic test and interview.
- Academic tests comprise of three subjects i.e. English, Urdu and Mathematics uptill grade 7 while in 8th grade science subject is also included in the test. The standard of the papers is of the grade which student is studying or which he/she has last passed.
- The candidates must get at least 50% marks in each subject in entry test.
- The student must be of good conduct and behaviour and will be admitted on the clear understanding that the first term is a probationary one and that he will have to leave the school at any time if the Principal, after the report of his grade teacher is of the opinion that his conduct and behaviour, or progress is unsatisfactory.
- The parents/guardians shall be required to give an undertaking as given in the admission form at the time of their children’s admission.
- Admissions are based on merit, but the administration can refuse admission to any student without giving any reason.
For College Level:
- Admission schedule is generally announced near the end of the SSC examinations every year.
- Admissions are based on entry test.
- Initially Admissions are offered on Provisional basis and admissions are confirmed only after the announcement of the SSC results.
- Admission to any student can be denied by administration without giving any explanation.
Eligibility:
- Only female students are offered admission at intermediate level.
- The candidate must have passed SSC (Part 1) examination with at least 70% marks.
- The candidate must have given the SSC (Part 2) examination in the same year of the admission at intermediate level.
- After the declaration of the SSC (Part 2) examinations result, provisional admission of those students will be cancelled who could not get at least 70% marks as a whole in SSC examination.
Application for admission:
- Parents/Guardians are requested to apply for admission on the prescribed form.
- Registration forms are available with the school prospectus which can be obtained from School/College office on payment of prescribed fee which is non refundable.
- The complete registration form with required documents should be submitted before the last date of submission of forms as announced.
- The registration form should be accompanied with registration fee (non refundable) as prescribed.
- The registration form for grades Pre Nursery, Nursery and Prep will be entertained/accepted with the NADRA Form B or birth certificate of the student from the concerned Union Council.
- Admission forms will be given to those students who qualify for the admission.
- In case of students admitted to Grade 1 onwards, School Leaving Certificate (SLC) from the previous school must be submitted with in one month of the admission otherwise admission order shall stand cancelled.
- At the time of admission an undertaking by the students and parents should be submitted otherwise admission shall not be offered.
